Realtors, Closing Agents, Title Agents and Tax Service Agents have several options to contact us:

1. The RealManage Closing Portal – This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to interact with your closing file, to request a Statement of Account, a Resale Certificate or a Transfer on a 24 x 7 basis. Simply login to the right to access your account or to set up your account if you have not already done so.
2. Email – Email us at Service@RealManage.com and let us know what we can do for you. Please be sure to include the name of the owner of record, their account number and the name of the HOA or Condominium Association.
3. Toll-free Number – Call us at 866-4-RealService (866-473-2573) . Our Resident Service Center is open from 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday. Please be prepared to provide us with the name of the owner of record, their account number and the name of the HOA or Condominium Association.
4. Toll-free Fax – Fax us at 866-919-5696. Please be sure to include your full name, the name of your company and the name of the owner of record, their account number and the name of the HOA or Condominium Association.
5. U.S. Mail – Mail us any pertinent correspondence along with your full name, the name of your company and the name of the owner of record, their account number and the name of the HOA or Condominium Association.

6. In-person Visit to One of Our Offices – Walk into any one of our full-service branch offices (use the Find a RealManage Office search feature to the right).  Be sure to bring the name of your HOA or Condominium Association and your account number with you, along with any pertinent correspondence.  Call first to determine whether or not the office location nearest you is a full-service office.
